Ciudad Enamorada world has no lots
I have just purchased the lovestruck EP, up on loading into the game, i have noticed this world has no lots. my game is cc. i have completely removed the mod folder, but the issue still persist.

@jowainekni598 When you removed the folder, did you also delete the localthumbcache file? And is this also happening in a new save?
I have removed the entire sims4 folder to my desktop, then relaunched. The world generates lots after relaunch without my prior saves or mod folder, not I am working the 50/50 method to isolate the problem
