clicking on pop up freezes game
so this has been happening for a while now. ever since i got the horse ranch and for rent packs the pop up shows every time i load the game and when i click to close it freezes for about three minute...

Security software? what do you mean? also i am not sure how to turn that off.
@idontmccall also i recently took out both mods and cc and it shows the pop up still but it goes away when i click exit this time but when i try to play the game it stays on the loading screen forever.
