@crinrict it seems that revoking the green gardening NAP solves the issue.

    @Heddelviven Hi, sorry for the intrusion, I also have the problem, but what do you mean by NAP?

      @SimTecnologic NAP stands for neighborhood action plan and comes with eco living. You can see which ones are active by clicking on your mail box.

        @Heddelvivenah I understand thanks for the explanation, I don't play in English, so sometimes the acronyms confuse me...

        however I tried to disable the NAPs, but I can't

    @Heddelviven Then it's working how it's supposed to as NAPs push NPCs to do stuff,
