Confirmation windows distorted.

Right after the January 14th released the confirmation pop-up windows show distorted. These are the only windows displaying this issue, no others. I have tried several troubleshooting tasks such as, turning off custom content, updating my TwistedMexi files for BetterBuildBuy, T.O.O.L. feature, performing a repair on the game, changing game graphic settings, etc. Image attached for reference. I find it odd that it's only those pop-up confirmation windows with distortion but maybe this means a simple fix. I am not technically knowledgeable to go beyond what I have already tried. Any suggestions are appreciated.
