Constant crashing offline mode sims4 - After Update

HI All,

I always play my game in offline mode because of  how unstable  the EA app is the first place. but now for some reason when I try to plan an event in the game e.g family reunion  I cannot  get through adding sims before my game crashes and the EA app tells me to play in offline mode when I am already in offline mode..

    @mjacks48  Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does this happen without any of that content present?  Please test if you haven't already and let me know; you don't need to save your progress.

    If you get another crash with no mods or cc, please look for a lastcrash in your Sims 4 user folder.  The best approach here is to look now and delete any you find, then see whether you get a new one.  If you do, please either copy its text and paste it into a reply—use a spoiler tag—or create a .rar file and attach it to a post.

    Out of curiousity, does this crash happen when you play online as well?  Even if you don't want to normally, and even though there's no reason this should make a difference, it's worth testing just to be sure.

    I am still loading in the game in offline mode but I do not get any error when the game crashes it brings me back to the EA app with the following

    @mjacks48  The offline screen from the EA App is normal, what you'd expect to see with no connection, so that part can be ignored.  Your dxdiag lists a few Sims 4 crashes, but they're all access violations, too generic an error to be much help here.

    When the game crashes, what exactly are you doing: setting up a party invite list, or adding sims to the household, or something else?  Is there any other context where you get a crash, and what are you doing in that moment?  If you notice any pattern at all, please let me know.

    @puzzlezaddict Yes I tested without my CC folder however recent testing in online mode and it did not crash..

    Case closed...for now
