Contact Aliens summons infants and toddlers

I have a real issue with the "contact aliens" option on the scientist satellite dish. Sometimes it does nothing. Sometimes it triggers an abduction in a few hours. Sometimes, it brings half the alien population to your house. That by itself is annoying enough. But it also summons alien toddlers without their parents, and NOW alien infants without their parents. They cry and crawl around and take forever to leave. The toddlers also cause havoc. I keep using the MCCC "Make sim Leave" cheat on all the other aliens (can't be used on infants yet) and they leave and then come back like 10 minutes later. I've resorted to building a fence around my whole lot to keep pesky aliens out.

Why do I keep doing Contact Aliens? I've recreated the sims 2 Curious Brothers and when you begin playing their family, Pascal already has an alien baby on the way and Vidcund is scripted to be abducted and get an alien pregnancy the first time you direct him to use a telescope. I'm trying to fill out the basics of their storyline and don't want to force an alien pregnancy, so I have to use contact aliens.

Is there a mod which disables the option for Contact Aliens to summon a slew of aliens to your lot? I'd really love to use it... I'm tired of having alien infants and toddlers appear along with loads of alien adults too,
