Continuous loading screen after putting sim in lot

So after making a sim, I tried putting her into a lot and it was just stuck on the loading screen, does anyone know what causes this? I can go into a lot, but when I try place this sim into a lot, it just sticks on loading screen.

I tried going into a lot, using mc command centre and putting her in from the gallery but it just does the same thing
