Corrupted Game Files Messing Up My CC

Somebody, please help me!! I've been playing the Sims 4 for years with CC and mods installed. I am frequently updating them as well. It wasn't until after the For Rent Expansion Pack was released I realized something was wrong. After I updated my game after that pack came out, I realized some of my CC was NOT showing up in my game. I've done everything to fix it:

1. Unistall/Reintall Mods and CC

2. Uninstall/Reinstall Sims 4 Game (EA app)

3. Took out my save files and put them back in

4. Unabled/Renabled the "Enable Custom Content and Mods" in the game settings

5. Repaired the EA app

5. Deleted the entire Mods folder in documents and restarted the game

I'm struggling and have no idea what else I should do. After researching for DAYS, I came to the conclusion that my game files might be corrupted or something, but I still don't know what could be the problem. I even went as far as deleting some of the sims I played with to see if one of them was glitched or something, which didn't work either. While I was re-downloading the CC I had, I realized that only some of the CC appeared in my game, and the rest were nowhere to be found. I'm really frustrated and scared because I love this save file and I don't know what else to do. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!

It affects every category. For example, I downloaded around 10 CC hairs from creator Simplicity. For some reason, only 3 are showing up under hairs. Another example is eyelashes. I downloaded CC eyelashes, and they appeared; however, when I click them, they won't show on my sim. I also took out all of my CC and only put one CC folder titled "Hairs" in my mods folder, hoping that I could find the problem, but even with just one folder, my CC still isn't appearing.

I followed the steps below, and it still didn't work ☹️ HOWEVER, I redownloaded one CC item just now that I originally downloaded last week (it didn't appear when I placed it in the mods folder last week) and just placed that one redownloaded CC item in my mods folder by itself, and it actually appeared! I have no idea why it appeared the third time I redownloaded it, but it did. I might have to redownload every CC item I have the third time and start my game up every time I do so for each item and see if it shows up. If this doesn't work or if any other issue occurs I will report back. Thanks!!
