corupt file wont delete

I just downloaded heaps of new cc, my game wouldn't load and after a few tries loading it told me to delete a corput file, I deleted it then tried to load the game, again it didn't work. the file kept coming back into my mods folder after I deleted it at least 6 times (and emptying my bin) , its not showing up in my mods folder anymore but the game still wont load, and still tells me to delete that same folder.
