Cottage living - no bonus content months after purchase

I bought The Sims 4 Cottage Living in July and redeemed my code on Origin well before the early September deadline. I did not receive the bonus content. I sent a bug report to EA and got no response....

    Hiya @LoveCme,

    Apologies for the runaround. There are certain scenarios in which we can assist with this type of issue, while we can't grant you any content over Answers HQ, I've reached out to the Twitter team you spoke with to take a look into this for you and they should be reaching back out to you shortly to gather some additional information and hopefully grant you that content.
