Cottage Living - Why doesn't the world show up?

So, I just downloaded the Cottage Living pack- and I do have at least the CAS content in the game, but Henford On Bagley isn't showing up in the world select. It doesn't even say it's locked, either....

Why? Just press play and start a new game. You've moved out all your saves, exactly like I asked you to, to force you into creating a new game.
