Cottage LIving Bonus Content Deleted

Busy with work so logged on for the first time since before Christmas. Open saved game to immediately be met with a warning that 2 items are deleted because I don’t have the relevant packs. Discover...

In my case I download cottage living pack and it said that it's installed but it doesn't show up on the game. what should I do?
