Cottage Living: Offer to Help with Errands

I’m playing with the Sims 4 Cottage Living right now and I  want to help the villagers with their errands. I introduced myself to them and the option to “Offer to help with errands” does not show up. I’ve restarted my game 3 times and it still does not show up. I’ve played with cottage living before and done all the errands and had not problem. I tried on every single villager. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the new pie chart and i just don’t know where the interaction is. I have no idea what to do. Please help.
