Crashing after latest update won't load up my save, sims wont follow commands

What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all the expansions and game packs, most of the stuff packs, and probably half of the kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure, try loading a save-file and then try doing a task such as eating a meal or doing homework
What happens when the bug occurs? game crashes/wont load and sims wont follow commands/do tasks, they'll glitch out instead.
What do you expect to see? i expect my game to load and when i tell my sims to eat or do homework that they actually do those things and not flip their arms out glitching and refuse to do what i keep clicking to command.

After the last update my game keeps crashing right when I try to load a save, or after I've been playing for a short time it'll randomly crash. Also when i do get it to load my sims won't do tasks/commands such as eating a meal or doing their homework. They'll just glitch out instead and forget the task. I thought the latest Aug 2022 patch would help but it hasnt...Its making my game unplayable. (with and without mods, i've tried removing those and repairing the game)
