Create a sim - computer crash
Hi, Everytime I start going into create a sim after around a minute my whole game will just freeze causing my laptop to then also freeze. Any idea on how to help?

@MollyKey1 Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether the game works normally.
If you get another crash, does your computer run Windows or macOS? For Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

For macOS, please list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac except for the serial number.
