@bebopbeeboop and @KIUMYIE7 Does CAS work if you have no mods or custom content present? If so, the issue is your mods and cc, and you'll need to test those files. The 50/50 method can help make the process more efficient:

Keep in mind you may have more than one broken item. Finding the first one doesn't mean the rest are fine; you'll need to test everything at least once.
