create a sim
i downloaded sims 4 yesterday, but i cant create a new sim. i went into world mode, but the button isnt there. does anyone know why?

Could you attach a screenshot to your post please of what you're seeing from the world view?
it looks the same as that from other people, but the button is missing

Would you mind providing a full screenshot of the entire screen so I can get a better idea of what your world menu looks like please?
i started a new game and there is a button there so i think it was just a glitch, thank you for your time 🙂
