creating a new sim, looking for a house or a lot which can't be bought

Yesterday and today i wanted to fix my sim self a bit and want to start over, but when i want to move into a empty house or lot none of them can't be bought even if i have 1200 simoleons and the hous...

    @ChakaiB  Just to clarify, how much money does your sim have, and how much money do the lots cost that you should be able to buy but can't?  Does this happen in a new save with a freshly-created sim?  I'm not saying you can't use your selfsim, just that it's a useful test.

    Please also try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

    @puzzlezaddict i have 1200 simoleons and even if i want to buy a lot from 1000 simoleons i can't buy it either but i shall try the repair the game thank you!
