Creating an Acne Breakout Mod & using appearence_modifiers

Hello! So I've posted a similar thread on MTS, but I'm working on an Acne Breakouts mod for the Sims 4. Similar to the Sims 2, the mod would cause teen sims to have an acne breakout upon hygiene failu...

any solutions to the issue that the XML doesn't recognize my custom content cas_part ID under appearence_modifiers?
