CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

What if after I turn my mods back on that only four of my mods show up and not the rest   - renamed to make this the main thread for this particular issue - Luth

I have the exact same issue as well. Many CCs have disappeared from game in a sudden
