CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

So for some reason my game will only select like 15 of my CC to be in game, none of my other stuff. I know its not a broken mod because i did the 50/50 method and some CC from one pack will show up but not the rest. I have restarted, cleared cashe, and even gone as far as to re download all of my mods and CC, yet nothing has worked. At this point im starting to think something is wrong with EA because everything was fine yesterday but on the off chance anyone has been experiencing this and knows a fix please let me know.
it's a known issue for everyone after the marketplace update, i'll attach the main thread for you :)
i hope it doesn't take too long for a fix, but no doubt this was done on purpose to push simmers into paying for the marketplace content instead.here's the thread :) any updates will come through here i believe:
