CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

My sims are naked my houses are bare. This is so upsetting. I worked so hard on fixing them when the last update ruined it the first time. Please fix it. 

all of my CC is goneeee only a few are still there. Everything that made it realistic is gone. Please fix this quickly :’( 

I hope by the time I wake up my mods will be working again. I had a horrible week and just wanted to wind down and finally see my newest build cc but I was left shocked and a little scared that my files were corrupted for good. I have a pretty sizeable mods folder (92gb) that I spent countless hours curating. Hopefully this all gets resolved, I just came back to the sims after EA got sold , so I’m not too attached and will leave again if microtransactions are forced on me. Simmers have already spent so much money on packs, this would be the end of my years with the sims franchise. In my 15 years of playing the game nothing has frustrated me as much as this patch has (and I used to run ts3 on a bad laptop). I also just wish EA could’ve been more communicative today instead of the community having to dig for answers over multiple platforms.

mine looks like this too, i had to force quit the game bcs none of the windows popped up on anything i clicked -__-

I have ,,just" 11 GB including mods and still missing it everywhere including CAS plus problems with gameplay as itself and this is ridiculous for us paying  a heck of lot $ for DLC to have problems even with this ,,small" ammount of extra free stuff. I think deep inside they dont like us having it - any FREE content.. once they dont give it by themselfs. And or they dont test the game before updates implementations, with experience of the past updates what crashed always sth..  or it might have been done deliberately)

Same. I even went and removed my entire mods folder to troubleshoot what were problems and then added it back again. Ended up totally losing half of my mods and CC and my game completely broke. I can't even control my sims anymore and my builds have all gone wonky. If this doesn't get fixed, I genuinely would want a refund from the packs and kits I bought.

No CC is working and its **bleep**, most of what I mod with they would NEVER sell in their marketplace its BS!!!!!! IM so SICK of EA

it's a known issue for everyone after the marketplace update, i'll attach the main thread for you :)
i hope it doesn't take too long for a fix, but no doubt this was done on purpose to push simmers into paying for the marketplace content instead.

,,It's a good time to play mod-free" - Mods maybe yes, (i personally do not have to many even), but we cant play game and save it with lack of all CC (for example furniture in houses we decorated for long long time, like malls, big residential rental lots) and CAS stuff cause later we will have to rebuild everything once we save game without. In my case:

• Sims cant do any actions towards each other
• No actions on a sim itself after click on it
• Phone menu cant be open
• First ever i had serious **bleep** mod crash even though its updated, with having inpact on CAS (bra where female sim was previously fully naked but no pants still (??) 
• Lack of plenty CC (basically all inluding walls and floors), what never happend before in my case (ussually only mods after updates were causing problem)
• Can't even see what other scripted mods doesnt work cause sims do not literally interact with objects and like i said no menu visible
• Some housholds - lack of visible building panel in left corner, no sims in houshold visible on the bar ( just empty squares)
• Not visible even game notifications as text - just blank window

Game in currently not playable, and this happend to me just after purchase (coincidentally) stuff pack Tiny Living ( what, like never before after payment transation it didnt want install itself for first 20 min, no visibility in library, what caused me writing to Steam thinikg that was a problem with my purchase). And then finally it appeard but it installed istelf with this failor update..Sorry for this cause i just planned buy expansions on promo and be able to play, when normally i do not have to much time for it.

I hope points showing my errors in game will help to fix this ,,misunderstunding", we didnt need paid CC in game cause we can have it for free from creators we want all over the places, this was not good marketing step of EA and i doubt anything will fix fully the current state of gameplay and many players will lose irreversibly their content. :(((

Das ist mal wieder typisch EA. Die Leute dort haben es noch nicht begriffen, dass sie an ihrem eigenen Ast wegen Inkompetenz sägen. Ich spiele dieses Spiel seit Beginn und habe damit über 6000 Stunden zugebracht. Nach Einführung von "For Rent" wurden Grundstücke teilweise vernichtet und der Handel im Einzelhandel zerstört. (Kunden konnten keinen Artikel kaufen) Es hat Jahre gedauert bis dieser Bug behoben wurde. Ich hatte bereits schon zweimal für fast ein Jahr aufgehört die Sims zu spielen. Erst vor einem Monat habe ich wieder angefangen zu spielen. Ich habe 4000 CC s in meinem Spiel und werde diese nicht einzeln überprüfen, ob diese noch funktionieren. Da ich das Spiel noch nicht aktualisiert habe, bin ich am überlegen ob ich das Spiel mit dem vorherigen Patch einfriere und keine weiteren Updates oder Packs mehr zulasse. Wieso überprüft EA nicht vor Einführung eines neuen Patches die Funktionalität? Die Community müsste mehr Druck ausüben, dass EA die Handlungsweise zugunsten Ihrer Kunden ändert.
