Custom content filter

The Holiday Pack filter is great.

Unfortunately the UI cannot determine if a particular item is CC without changes to C++. Let me see what we can do to make that possible.

You will notice in today's patch 1.15.55 that we liked the idea of a custom content filter so much, we added it :smile:. Along with CC icons in the catalog.

If you still wanted to find out which items are modded in actionscript, there is a new "is_modded" property.

Is there any way we can turn off this CC icon or do we have to mod it out?

ETA: I ask because this seems a little excessive and is blocking the view of custom swatch thumbnails to the point where you cannot see them:

It cannot be removed, so (ironically) would need to be modded. Looks like it's in the UI.package in the texture 00b2d882:00064dca:09bbbf9dc6153df9.

I've seen a couple of posts (elsewhere) from people who'd be interested in such a mod, @_orangemittens_, by the way.

@SimGuruModSquad, if this cannot be removed could you please fix it so it isn't being plastered all over the swatch thumbnails? I think we all get that if we're picking a swatch on a custom content item that the swatch itself is also custom content. Some players would like to have the icon...having a large wrench obstructing their view of a swatch thumbnail is probably not really what's wanted. :)

@luthienrising, we're already taking a look at it. I'm not surprised that creators and players alike would prefer to not have this icon...this is especially true now that we have a useful filter that makes an icon unnecessary. :)

ETA: there is a mod at Studio forums HERE that will get rid of this thing from catalog thumbnails and swatch thumbnails for objects and CAS items. There is a separate mod HERE that will remove it from the swatch thumbnails only if you prefer to keep it on the catalog thumbnails. Players should pick only one to put in their Mods folder.

Unfortunately, due to the way this was implemented a mod of this kind was the only way to go about this fix.

In case of a recolor without new mesh, the wrench on the swatches could be useful. But I agree it's too large at the moment.

Perhaps I'm a bit nitpicky but I find its color a bit too close to the one used for the GPs.
