Custom Content not showing up in game!

I have been playing Sims 4 for years with custom content with no problem at all, but it seems when I switched over from using the Origin to EA application my custom content no longer shows up in my game. All my files are in the correct place and my cc is enabled, but once I open the game it is like I don't have anything downloaded. My script mods will show up, but any .package cc file will not work in my game for some reason. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sims application as well as deleting all my cc but when I try and download a .package file into my mods folder, it still doesn't show up. I feel like I have tried everything, please help!
