Custom Content Reset

Hello!!

I launched my game and everything was normal, as all of my custom content and mods popped up upon startup. But all of my custom content that I was using on my household is gone!!!! It’s as if i have to go back and painstakingly rebuild my sims and house all over again ☹️. Please help! Why did this happen? I am confident I saved and even if I hadn’t, this wouldn’t be happening!

If you at any point saved while mods were turned off (which they automatically are after each base game update is installed) it would have removed any cc/mods from that save file. If you go to load game and click on the save (but don't click play yet) there should be a "recover save" option where you can roll back to the previous save.
