Custom Instrument Playing???

I've scoured the interwebs for a mod to allow sims to play custom music on their instruments (similar to being able to add custom music to radio stations), but I've found nothing :( I've literally just been muting the game and blasting spotify in the background just so I cant imagine! On that note... MAXIS NEEDS TO ADD ACTUAL BANDS.

But anyways, has anyone seen a mod like this, or have the capability to make the script for this type of mod, because you will be my hero!
