Custom Sims 4 Loading Screen won't change even after removing.

I've had this custom sims 4 loading screen for a while now and decided to change it,I removed the package file and replaced it with something I liked,after that I cleared the chache and opened the ga...

Just to confirm the package file you removed was the correct one... what happens if you temporarily remove your entire Mods folder (don't save in a save file you care about while they're not installed) and then open the game?
