Custom Skins Glitched After Latest Sims 4 Update

I recently updated The Sims 4 and many of my custom skins appear glitched in-game (showing up with blotches and discoloration). Just wondering if this will be fixed in the future or if I will literal...

"After the 1.89.214 patch, most items using LRLE textures have glitch." Will this ever be fixed by EA? Or do I have to just wait for the skin textures to be updated by their creators?
