default skin replacement not working sims 4
hi! so i recently downloaded default skin replacement (papillon by viiavi) and it just doesnt show up in my game. i thought that its just outdated, so i deleted papillon from my mods folder and down...

The best option would be that you remove all your other mods and test it only with a skin overlay in your mod folder (don’t forget to delete your cache!). Maybe you have a mod which overwrite your skin replacements. I used papillon in the past, and it worked always fine for me.
