Deleted sims 4 cc files keep showing up in game

I've already tried moving the folder to desktop, removing localthumbcache.package and then repairing the game but it doesnt work. I have also uninstalled one drive. I know exactly what the files are ...

I already unsynced from onedrive, I rechecked the mods file in the onedrive folder and the custom content im trying to get rid of isnt there.

  @BMOROCkS08 If they're still showing in game after going through the OneDrive unsyncing process, this is how to find out where the game is finding them, and all the other CC/mods it can actually see: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ It should now not be in a OneDrive folder at all.
