Deleting specific table keeps crashing my game

My game runs completely fine until I enter Buy Mode and try to delete one specific "Fancy Dining Table" that I have. I cannot move or delete it or else my game immediately crashes back to desktop. I ...

@crinrict Oh, I thought I deleted the post because I did end up fixing this. The table was in a basement room and I had to build walls around the wall it was next to in order to delete those first. Then, it allowed me to delete the table just fine. Very weird.
