Delivery service doesn't work when selling cows or llamas

I cannot get the delivery service to work in the new Cottage Living pack when trading livestock for meat or ingredients. It works if the sim orders regular groceries to be delivered, but not on the trade system. Also the refrigerator is not accessible all the time. In build mode sections of fence and the trim between columns disappear. The new roofing pieces are hard to place and they also tend to vanish in sections. The gameplay would be outstanding if these problems were fixed!
