Different Neighborhood Decor with Neutral/Polluted/Clean possible?
I was asking myself this very question recently.
Do you think it is possible to do such thing? To really change to a different neighborhood theme setting? There must be some codes around to do this, right? I am no programmer or modder but this would be a really cool option if youre done with the gameplay delivered with EL.
Imagine using the polluted neighborhood for a chinatown like decor(with actually removing the pollution in the codes somehow..) or the clean version for a nordic style of world... a ton of work probably but I wonder if it will be possible with that expansion pack. Triggering the different states of the world to change them to something entirely different..
Sadly I didnt really come across any mod that changes unchangeable world decor. Immersion is a very important thing to me and there are so much ubercool creations from simmers but I cant place them because I want the whole world to match. =/ as grateful as I am for every new neighborhood there are still much cultures missing.
