Here are some steps you can follow to get the pre-built restaurants onto the lot of your preference:
- Buy your preferred lot for the restaurant
- Select the option to buy a restaurant
- Transfer the funds to start your business
- Open the Lot Info Panel
- Click the "View menu type in Library" (button next to the drop down)
- You should then see all the available restaurants
