Disabled for Special Venues

Now that we can change any lot to rental, I'm still having issues in Sulani. I tried placing down a Residential lot from the Gallery and I'm getting the "Disabled for special venues" message. I did u...

@alphageaux Also having this problem Currently in Sulani. The Rental lot (Selvadorada) in SULANI is also broken for me

Selvadorada is in Jungle adventure. It does not have anything to do with Sulani.
