Do you use a Year:Age ratio? (MCCC or other aging mod, of course)

Question title say that.... Do you match the year with lifespan? or bettrer say, you set a year duration, then ages are based on year? Me yes (except for baby) Year duration: default (28 days) ...

I never know how long I should have each age span so I’ll be watching this thread with interest. I set my age spans on long and just age when I feel like it or let them age up naturally. It always seems too long though.
