Doctor Career Broken or Bugged

Doctor Career is broken or bugged. I try to finish the work day when I go to work with my sim and everytime she goes to get a promotion, the game crashes. I've tried to update all my mods and CC, but nothing seems to be working.

Food keeps disappearing from fridge
Since the update whenever my sims make food and out it in the fridge it disappears. I know it hasn't been eaten because it will be completely knew with lots of servings and completely vanish.
