Does anyone know what can cause cc to go haywire like this?

Hopefully the video loads, but if not, it's like an issue where the mesh or whatever is shooting in multiple different directions and constantly moving. Sometimes it goes away if I'm really close to the sim, but with others it only stop if the camera further away. I've had this happen in the past with cc and I would just assume it was broken and delete it. But this time it's happening with cc I downloaded recently. I actually went through and redownloaded each dress I was having this issue with, in case they had broken with the one of recent updates, but it's is still happening. I repaired my game, deleted the local thumb cache but it won't stop. I'd be fine with deleting all but one of the items, so I'd prefer to find a way to fix it if possible.

    I'm not sure what DX11 or DX9 mean, but I did test the game with just these cc in to figure out what was going on. And I did redownload them to make sure it wasn't a problem with them.

    @myweirdnormal That means you're on DX9 or a Mac, then, so it's not a DX11 issue. Your video isn't visible, but is the broken CC issue happening on ALL cc or just some? If just some, you likely are missing meshes or have broken CC (for which updates aren't available, given that you redownloaded). Happy to look at screenshots or test items if you let me know what the CC is.

    Oh, yeah, I'm on a Macbook. I've only noticed it with a few dresses since I had a formal event in the game. I'm fine with deleting most of them, but this one Geneva Dress by Serenity I really wanted to keep. I took some screenshots, but it's constantly flickering between being pulled in several different directions.

    @myweirdnormal Try this:

    1. Drag the Mods folder to the desktop
    2. Start the game and exit. Now there's a new Mods folder
    3. Copy just the one file into the folder
    4. Restart and see how it goes (just remember to save without exiting)

    Oh, I did that when I tested it without any mods before. But I'll try again and see.
