Does someone knows of a mod that restrains the number of NAPs per neighbourhood to only one instead of four? Thank you in advance :)

Remember you might still get notifications after you disable npc voting that _____ NAP has been enacted, but if you check you should see that it’s still only the one you chose and no others. I think the notification thing is a bug.
