Doors gone after using TOOL mod

Hello,

I used the TOOL mod by TM to shift my apartment door over a bit. It looks okay when playing from my active household's pov and works well. But when they visit their neighbor, the door is gone. The same thing happens when playing as their neighbor. And when I click to visit, the only option is "move in household from gallery". Is there a way to fix this?
