searched my one drive and can only find one folder in my Mac documents but I'm afraid I'm still not sure

@mizzmashxo I'd suggest posting to that OneDrive thread for support. The people doing support there know much more about the ins and outs. There's also a Mac tech support area for Sims issues. Either way, I suspect this is a folder-location issue for you.
