TKOTiNK Test with no mods to find out if a mod is causing this.
Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
S&S is the culprit! I tested my game with no mods and the dragon fruit went back to it's normal value which is 1250 in build/buy, and it sells for 695 each(perfect). I started putting mods back in slowly and it stayed at the high value. As soon as I loaded in with Somik and Severinka Realistic Cooking Mod, the price of the perfect fruit became 28 simoleons. I believe it is part of their EA overhaul of ingredients to make the dragonfruit more realistic.

That mod isn't one I track, but make sure you're on the most recent version.

I have the most recent version, I only downloaded it a few days ago and immediately noticed the dragon fruit change. I will reach out to the creator just to clarify if the change was intentional or not. Thanks for your help!
