Currently having the same issue. I used to play on Origin but switched. I knew where the folder was then and have tried to find it the same way I would have but no luck? It's weird cause it has all the mods i played with before going in game (alot of them REALLY need updated) but I can't find them cause there straight up is no mod folder so I'm wondering if its under a different name or something or if I'm just out of luck.
