    Thanks for your suggestions. It actually ended up resolving after today's update thankfully!

I did repair the game and try a new save file before posting this. On your recommendation I have deleted the localthumbcache and opened another new save file with the same issue.

Do you have it in your game options under game settings

is it turned on there ? Also be aware that there's no footprint in StrangerVille and vacation worlds (pure)
