Eco Lifestyle Modern Development Broken

Question

So I moved my sim into Conifer Station with both modern development and green conifer station. I wanted to start over so I removed both of those N.A.P's and it started to remove the modern changes and upgrades but it would keep both of the designs so now the world is completely glitched out. Here is a photo to show what has happened. Conifer Station is also having the same issue where both of the designs are there so now it has this strange texture.

The landscaping and buildings never changed. Is the apartment you live in supposed to be two different shades of blue?

I'm having a similar problem. The window and doors changed, however the exterior and landscaping are unchanged. I'm not sure if this could be impacting my eco footprint but I cant seem to get eco friendly for this building and I'm guessing this is causing it&nbsp;

@acesteadysniper  Could you post a picture of what you're seeing ? This thread is a bit older and the OP never came back but there are some thread in the bug forum that might fit your issue.
