Education career

I’m doing the 100 baby challenge and I chose the education career. Im not allowed to leave the lot for work according to the rules of the challenge so I’m doing the work from home option. Whenever I try to make a lesson plan or tutor someone it does it for a couple minutes then it will quickly show a thought bubble with a cancel symbol and it shows up like I never even tried doing the task.
