Hi, just wanting to update on this issue. I took out my mods folder and ran a repair on my game. This seemed to do the trick, I started a vanilla new save and it started meeting Emit at the park again. This time Emit showed up, with his bright blue hair and strobing blue matrix outfit! So I completed the first weeks events with no further issues. I did do this with my mods folder removed, but I am not sure if that mattered or if it just needed repaired after getting the free content downloads. So .....Yay!
