Help pls, it has been going on for almost a week. I recently brought the new enchanted by nature pack and it will not pop up in my game. I have tried everything from clearing my cache, uninstalling sims 4 and uninstalling the EA app, nothing has worked. I then tried to repair Sims 4 and the add ons they all repaired but Enchanted by Nature pack; it says I do not own the pack but it is in my library. I did not buy it through a third party.
I have tried everything too and no map shows up in my game for the new world. I wish they would address this as so many people are having issues and I have not heard anything from EA about it.
I'm having a similar issue; I bought the pack (according to my credit card, twice) and yet EA is saying I didn't purchase it and it's not appearing in my Library.

Please check the order history on your EA account, are you seeing the transaction for Enchanted by Nature showing as completed, processing or failed?
Hey do you have mods installed? This ALWAYS happened when I'd get a new EP and had T.O.O.L. and BBB installed. The mods had to be fixed and I did not know this. When I took them out of my game, the world would show up and when they were updated, everything was fine. IF you have any mods, take them out until they're updated.
Check to see if you have any mods installed still from before you downloaded the new EP. If so, take them out and restart the game and see if the world shows up then. This always happened to me when I had T.O.O.L. and BBB installed before they were updated.
EA_Solaire I did. It’s downloaded in my library, I have the receipt in my email. The game did repair but the new pack is still now showing up inside my game.
