Endless loading screen after update

Hello, ever since the most recent update my sims game will load to the Home Screen but when I click resume on my family it just stays on an endless loading screen. I deleted all of my mods and cc and it’s still endlessly loading. I repaired the game on origin and it’s still endlessly loading. I tried running as administrator and running it offline, it’s still endlessly loading. I even tried it on a completely new computer, redownloaded all of the sims packs and transferred my saved data and it’s still endlessly loading. I’m super attached to my game and it’s devastating to me that I cannot play, I feel like I’ve tried everything. My friend told me this happened to her with the last update and nothing fixed it until this recent update it randomly started working again. I really don’t want to wait for new updates in the hopes that it’ll fix my game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
