Oh my God, thank you so much but I think I solved the issue. I went into my Sims 4 Folder and saw that within my ConfigOverride folder, the Default.ini file I had in there had the wrong version of the game in it, so I deleted it. From there, I saw that the GameVersion.txt file also had the wrong version of the game in it, so I deleted that too. I then reopened the game and the glitch and code is gone in all the worlds and I can reopen my households again, with my mods enabled too. Thank you so much for all the help!
